At red Recruitment we want to ensure that the right candidate is placed with the right client. To ensure that this happens we have a unique process that each candidate goes through.

One of the most important key performance indicators of our technique is that all candidates will receive a face-to-face interview to ensure that their aspirations in terms of role, responsibility and financial expectations meet our clients and covers a thorough analysis of the candidate's CV, experience and qualifications.

Furthermore, as part of our candidates skills assessment we use a computer based programme called Qwiz™. This enables us to assess and train on all windows based applications and test on a range of general office skills.

Referencing is an integral part of our service and where possible we will reference candidates prior to them commencing a permanent position or temporary assignment.
