Key Responsibilities for the Finance Assistant Role:

  • Generating invoices across various entities.
  • Handling a large volume of invoice processing.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations.
  • Performing bookkeeping up to trial balance.
  • Managing weekly payroll processes.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team for aged debtors’ discussions.
  • Potential involvement in managing accounts for smaller business units.
  • Assisting in the preparation of cash flow reports.

Ideal Profile for the Finance Assistant Position:

  • Proven experience in both purchase and sales ledger management.
  • Proficiency in using various systems and Excel.
  • Pursuing or having completed AAT qualifications, or equivalent experience.
